
Zein Bustami, Program Manager
Ms. Bustami joined Northwest Behavioral Associates’ Jordanian affiliate, The Star Project (TSP), in October 2017. She dreamed of working with young learners and received a B.S. degree in Childhood Education in 2013 from the Lebanese American University, Beirut. Zein worked at the International Community School (ICS) as a Learning Support Assistant upon returning to Jordan and it was at the ICS that she met Dr. Shook. Dr. Shook was consulting for several ICS students and introduced Ms. Bustami to the world of behavior analysis.
In 2015, Ms. Bustami moved to the United States to pursue a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Ms. Bustami’s supervision hours were completed as a Behavior Technician at the Scott Center for Autism Treatment. Zein gained experience in supporting young individuals with a variety of different learning profiles and was involved in several research studies in the Center’s lab group.
Ms. Bustami completed her M.S. in in July 2017 and moved back to Amman, Jordan. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since November 2017. In addition to her Program Manager role, Ms. Bustami has been TSP’s Training Coordinator since July 2020.
